Policies & Procedures
Parents are required to drop off and pick up students as indicated on their registration form. We are unable to guarantee adjusting drop off and pick up times however, if provided with adequate notice we will always try out best to accommodate depending on space availability and staffing.
Please note, depending on the child’s age and transition into the program teachers will advise a gradual entry system for the first 2-3 weeks of enrollment. Gradual entry help children adjust, creates a sense of trust and prevents the children from a negative first experience at school. A gradual entry schedule will be shared with you prior to your first day.
The school will be closed for all statutory holidays as well as Easter Monday, Boxing Day and September 30th National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.The school will be closed for one week from December 25th 2023- January 1st 2024 for Winter Break and the Holidays. We will reopen on January 2nd 2024.The school will be closed for one week from March 25th 2024-April 1st 2024 for Spring Break professional development and Easter long weekend. We will reopen on April 2nd 2024
